Shipments are made with the courier GLS and are free of charge above a certain threshold depending on the shipping country. The shipping cost, if any, is always visible at check-out.
The waiting time for order processing and delivery is on average 4/5 working days depending on the area. Since delivery times may vary, we advise you to monitor the status by clicking on the tracking link sent in the order confirmation e-mail.
GLS will send you an e-mail confirming acceptance of the shipment. If you are registered on the GLS site, you have the possibility of changing the delivery address and possibly assigning it to a "pick-up point" in the courier's list.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, do not worry, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the items ordered, you can exercise the right of withdrawal as follows:

We will respond to your request by email, attaching the courier label.

Before going to the point make sure that:

1. The courier label that we sent you by email must be stuck on the package
2. that the product(s) are in their original condition, including tags and packaging
3. a printed copy of the order or receipt should be included inside the package to facilitate and speed up the process

Refunds of the price of returned items shall be made by crediting the Customer's bank account or credit card within 30 days of receipt of the return. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled for reasons attributable to the Customer will not be refunded and will not give rise to the recognition of a credit equal to the price of the item originally ordered.
In the event that the courier label has been delivered by AKU, the refund will be deducted the amount of 15 euro relating to the contribution of shipping costs.
